How Could I Forget…

Isaiah 49:15

There is a chorus to a hymn that goes along this line-- Jesus I’ll never forget what you done for me, Jesus I’ll never forget how you set me free, Jesus I’ll never forget how you brought me out…Jesus I’ll never forget, no never! Although the lyrics to this song are heartfelt, the truth of the matter is that I forgot to log on to my blog yesterday and post. Yet, I am so thankful that the Lord is not like man— Isaiah 49:15 says it so eloquently: “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee”. I worship today by saying, although I forgot to post my blog yesterday, I was granted another opportunity today to do so. I am so glad to share the truth of this matter. And, I am equally thankful that he did not forget. Oh Lord, you are my light in darkness, your fingerprint is written on my heart...may I never forget to worship your holy name. Forever worship Him!
